Scope of Work - Gather and analyze business requirements - Create BRD/FRS, User Stories, Use Cases, and Wireframes - Design business processes and workflows - Write Acceptance Criteria and UAT Test Scenarios - Advise on process optimization and recommend suitable technology solutions Experience & Expertise - 6+ years of experience in both agency and product environments - Specialized in Digital Marketing, Healthcare, E-commerce, and Loyalty Programs - Proficient with Lark, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, Trello… - Skilled in writing clear, professional documentation (BRD, FRS, User Stories) Workflow - Discuss requirements and collect information from the client - Analyze and propose an initial solution - Draft BRD/FRS and revise based on feedback - Deliver final documentation and support the development/test team Client Requirements - Detailed description of your product/service - Current business processes (if available) - Any existing documents, images, or diagrams Terms & Conditions - I do not accept projects related to illegal activities or gambling - Clients should provide clear and timely information to ensure on-schedule delivery
